UNH DOWNTOWN COMMONS RESIDENCE HALL IS LOCATED AT 1000 ELM STREET, MANCHESTER, NH 03102. UNH Manchester is a substance-free, alcohol-free, smoke-free, weapons-free campus environment. 
HOUSING PREFERENCE

Note: We have a very limited number of double rooms in our residence Hall, the majority of students will be placed in triple rooms they will share with two roommates. 



Note: Roommate assignments are typically available in early July.

2020-2021 Housing Rates: 

Double Room - $3,830/semester        $7,660/academic year
Triple Room -     $3,323/semester         $6,646/academic year

2020-2021 Dining Plan Rates (2021-2022 not yet available): 

10 meals/week - $1,875/semester     $3,750/academic year **subject to change
19 meals/week - $2,145/semester      $4,290/academic year **subject to change
ELIGIBILITY

You must be an accepted full-time student (enrolled in 12 or more credits) or be a full-time graduate student to receive an offer of housing. Offers for housing are made via email on a space-available basis. Please check your college email frequently and respond to our offer so we know you accept! Students who accept our offer of on-campus housing agree to the terms of the Room & Board Agreement.

Space is limited. To secure your slot, please complete this application and submit your $200 deposit online through your Webcat account. MCC and NCC students submit your $200 deposit online through this link at at Destiny One, and insert the group code (#G000768) at check out. Offers of housing can only be made once a complete form and deposit are received.
